Hello! My name is Olivia and I am the founder of Olivia’s Lash and Beauty Co. I am a professionally certified lash technician based in North Vancouver. I work out of my own home-based studio where I have created a welcoming, uplifting and clean atmosphere for my clients to visit. My passion to work as a technician was inspired by the feeling of confidence and convenience I experienced after years of personally having my eyelashes done. I want to provide women with that same feeling of effortless beauty and confidence from the moment you get out of bed till the end of the night at any occasion.
Every time you come in for an appointment, it is my goal to give you a satisfying experience so that you wake up feeling gorgeous and confident. I only use quality products and brands on my clients for long lasting lashes because quality shows, and you are worth it! The most rewarding aspect of my profession is when I see clients smile as they admire their ideal lash set and feel beautiful after their appointment. All lash extensions are very customizable to best suit your lash dreams. I look forward to meeting you!

Cancelation policy:
Olivia’s lash and Beauty co requires 24-hour notice for any cancelation or change to an appointment.
50% of the service amount will be charged for any late cancelations or change of appointment less than 24-hour notice.
No shows will be charged in full (100% of appointment)
I reserve the right to deny any bookings that have ‘no showed’ in the past.
Disrespectful behaviour towards fees/late/cancellation policies will not be tolerated and may result in a ban on future services.
Refill policy:
Fills must be booked every 2-3 weeks to assure that there is enough time to complete the service.
There must be at least 50% of extensions still on from previous service to be considered a fill. I can only work with the time that has been booked.
Less than 40% fill will need to be booked as a full set and charged accordingly.
Late appointments
If you arrive late for your appointment, it will cut into the time provided for the service; if I am unable to complete service due to late arrival you will still be charged full amount.
Please know that I will do everything I can to complete your lash set but with limited time ability to finish may vary.
liability
Olivia's Lash and Beauty Co. is happy to remove extensions I have applied at no cost in the unlikely event that an allergic reaction occurs within 24 hours, with the understanding that any allergic reaction is not at the fault of the lash technician. This service does not apply to any lashes applied by any other technician or place of business.
There is an understanding that using a certain amount of adhesive to adhere the extension to the natural lash is part of the service and that only a qualified lash technician with the appropriate certification and training may apply it.
There may be some natural tearing of the eye, stinging or other temporary sensations in reaction to the adhesive. These are normal reactions and do not constitute an allergic reaction and therefore free removal may not apply.
Satisfaction policy
If a client is not happy with extensions or has any issues and concerns after the service, please contact shortly after appointment (24-48 hours).
Olivia’s Lash and Beauty co can address most issues at no charge within (2) days of your appointment, assumed that appropriate after-care was followed.
Any issues and service follow-ups past the (2) day period could incur a charge.
